  1. Saute onion and celery in oil 5 minutes. Add broth, chiles, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in cream cheese to melt. Add chicken and spinach. Heat through.
  3. Divide into 6 portions. Cool, then freeze.
