Green Chili Chicken Stew with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 lb cooked shredded chicken breast
- 2 cans (4 oz each) diced green chiles
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Saute onion and celery in oil 5 minutes. Add broth, chiles, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese to melt. Add chicken and spinach. Heat through.
- Divide into 6 portions. Cool, then freeze.
